Covert Wealth Ledger Development

Whisper Ledger will be a purpose-built platform whose sole aim is wealth invisibility. Every feature must preserve the privacy of financial transactions, ensure assets can be hidden when required, and keep investments completely anonymous. To achieve that I want three layers of capability working together:

• End-to-end encrypted communications so no message, transaction note, or metadata can be read in transit or at rest.
• Deep obfuscation techniques—mix-nets, ring signatures, zero-knowledge proofs, or similarly strong approaches—to break any on-chain or off-chain traceability.
• A private asset-tracking module that reconciles balances and positions for the account holder only, never leaking holdings or addresses.

The build should cover the high-level architecture, the core code (Rust or Go feel natural but I am open), a lightweight front end, and strong key management. Operation over Tor or I2P is expected, with clean APIs so the ledger can plug into cold wallets or future services.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three layers function together without exposing plaintext in logs, network traces, or storage.
2. Transactions round-trip through the system and appear indistinguishable on the public network.
3. Automated tests validate encryption strength, obfuscation success rate, and the accuracy of the internal asset ledger.
