– Implement the token issuance logic, supply controls, and on-chain management tools (minting, burning, locking, vesting).
– Provide wallet, explorer, and API endpoints so the tokens can be integrated into exchanges and third-party apps without friction.
– Build a secure admin dashboard for governing token parameters post-launch.
– Deliver clean, well-documented source code plus deployment scripts so additional nodes or updates can be rolled out confidently.

Acceptance Criteria
• Mainnet coin lives in a production environment, publicly verifiable.
• Token operations (create, transfer, pause, burn) perform exactly as specified and pass unit/integration tests.
• All critical components audited or accompanied by clear guidelines for external audit.
• Step-by-step deployment and maintenance documentation handed over.
