Coin Exchange like binance

I want to develop an exchange like Binance but on Metaverse. Let me know if it's possible to get all of the coins listed and exchanged. I also want my own blockchain like Binance Coin and smart contracts.

I am not sure about the coding languages to be used, so please suggest them to me.
