China Technical Recruiter Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I head talent acquisition for LaRevela, an international Web3 company that is about to scale its identity and visitor-intelligence platform for eCommerce. My next critical hire is a Senior Full-Stack Blockchain Developer and I need a China-based technical recruiter who can own that search end to end.
The role you will fill demands solid frontend and backend development skills, plus hands-on experience integrating blockchains with eCommerce stacks. The right candidate must already be productive on Ethereum, Solana and Binance Smart Chain, with 3–5 years of professional engineering work behind them. Smart-contract expertise is a welcome extra but not strictly required.
What I need from you
• A curated pipeline of China-based or China-savvy engineers who meet the criteria above
• Pre-screen notes covering technical depth, Web3 project history and English proficiency
• Weekly progress reports so I can align internal timelines and approvals
• Support through to signed offer, including reference checks and compensation negotiation
Success for this engagement is a signed employment contract with a developer who matches the stated skills and experience, delivered within an agreed-upon timeframe.
