China Blockchain Developer Recruiter Needed
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need the support of an experienced, China-based recruiter who can quickly plug into local tech communities and job boards to find blockchain developers for our new blockchain-powered car marketplace platform. You will focus on talent discovery and initial screening; I will handle interviews and the final offer process.
What I expect from you
• Tap into Chinese channels—such as 51job, Zhaopin, Liepin, WeChat tech groups, open-source communities, and university networks—to locate blockchain engineers currently residing in China.
• Pre-screen each candidate for hands-on smart-contract or blockchain protocol experience, confirm their interest, and forward their résumé/CV along with basic availability and salary expectations.
• Maintain clear, prompt communication so we can move candidates through our pipeline without delay.
Compensation model
You earn a 12.5 % commission on the first-year income of every developer we ultimately hire. I release payment exactly one week after the developer signs and starts.
Deliverable
A continuous flow of verified, qualified blockchain developer CVs delivered to me in an agreed-upon format (PDF or DOC) with contact details and brief screening notes.
