Build web3 infrastructure

We need to build 14 smart contracts on the polygon blockchain, we already have not only the white paper but also a "iso-code" description of the Contracts written by a super-expert.

The contracts involve:
- DAO voting
- NFT minting
- Fractional NFTs
- NFT staking
- P2P NFT sell-buy
