Build smart contract of staking protocol

Hello.
I am looking for the smart contract developer who can start work immediately.

Must have knowledge about the Flare network and how the delegate is working on it.
Flare network is based on the EVM and if you have solid experiences in building the staking smart contract, it would be best candidate.

Prefer to explain how it works on your proposal.
