Bot for coinbase

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a bot for Coinbase that will perform trading functions. The bot should specifically follow a scalping trading strategy. As for the trading pairs, I am not sure if I want the bot to operate on specific pairs or any pairs. But I want it to run on a 1 and 5 minute time frame
