Blockchain for Bike Shop Inventory

I'm looking to implement blockchain technology in my bicycle shop. My objective is to support my store's expansion and the growing variety of bicycles and accessories we offer – over 100 different items to be more precise.

Primarily, I need help building a blockchain-based system that supports real-time inventory tracking. That means having a comprehensive view of the stock available – updated instantly as sales occur or as new stock comes in.

While I skipped the question on system integration, it's very possible that we'll need to integrate with existing systems later on, so I would appreciate if you came with some knowledge and expertise in system interoperability or if you're capable of learning it quickly.
