Blockchain code fork

I am looking for someone to fork a blockchain. There are 2 current options for forking and i would like a seperate price for each chain so that i can decide which to fork. The first is pivx https://github.com/PIVX-Project/PIVX and the second is webdollar https://github.com/WebDollar/Node-WebDollar. The fork will need to run from new genesis. For pivx wallets will also be required along with the chain and node structure etc. For webdollar i would also like the front end and ui forked too (this contains wallets etc). Obviously names of the coin / project would need changing in both, wallet prefixes etc (all the standard changes required to produce my own stand alone chain)
