Need a blockchain-based webapp for P2P vehicle sharing with two modes:

User-to-User: If a person userA is going from placeA to placeB and he has a vehicle say MotorcyleA, he can post on the website that he is going from placeA to placeB and will charge say Rs.100 for a companion and another person userB who wants to travel the same destinations, ie, from placeA to placeB. He can look into the website can contact userA and will pay for the service.
Driver-to-User: Users can post their requirements, say userA wants to go from placeA to placeB and is ready to pay a certain price, say Rs. 300. A driver say driverA can see the users requirements and can contact him.
Need an MVP/prototype for this. It’s okay if it works only on local system.
