Blockchain Smart Contract Amendment

I am looking for help with an amendment to a blockchain smart contract. Currently, we are using another platform besides Ethereum and Bitcoin, and we need assistance with amending & adding new functions. We do not have any specific deadline set for the completion of the amendment, but the sooner the better of course. Experience and proficiency in the relevant blockchain platform is an asset.
