Blockchain & NFT Integration About Real Estate

I’m building GoldenCity, an ambitious platform that merges real-estate experiences with web3 technology. The core architecture, 3D visualisation layer, and AI modules are already underway; what I now need is a seasoned blockchain developer to weave the crypto layer seamlessly into the product.

Priority
• Full-scale blockchain and NFT integration is the immediate focus.
• Smart contracts must automate every investment-oriented transaction (think fractional property stakes, buy-ins, exits, revenue distribution).
• An in-platform NFT marketplace will let users mint, list, buy, and trade the digital titles or revenue-sharing tokens tied to each property asset.

Scope of work
– Full stack development.
– Draft, audit-ready Solidity smart contracts to cover property investment rounds, profit sharing, and resale.
– Build minting logic to turn property data into on-chain NFTs, complete with metadata hooks for our 3D models.
– Develop or extend a marketplace module (preferably on Ethereum or a low-fee EVM chain such as Polygon) and expose functions through a clean API for the front-end team.
– Implement role-based access so agents, owners, and investors interact only with the contract functions they need.
– Integrate wallet connectivity (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and ensure gas-optimised transactions.
– Deliver unit tests, deployment scripts, and concise technical documentation that a non-blockchain dev on the team can pick up.

Acceptance criteria
• Contracts compile, deploy, and pass 100 % of test cases on hardhat/truffle.
• Marketplace UI calls return expected data and confirm on-chain events.
• External audit finds no critical or high-severity vulnerabilities.
• End-to-end flow demo: investor mints stake → receives NFT → real-time ownership reflected in GoldenCity dashboard.

Tech stack we prefer: Solidity, Hardhat, ethers.js/web3.js, React hooks for integration, IPFS or similar for metadata. Open to alternatives if you can justify clear benefits.
