Blockchain Metamask plugin

I need a metamask plugin of gravity form.

Wordpress plugin that is able to receive a Metamask payment within the gravity form.
The plugin should follow Gravity forms framework and should have a admin page and feed in the form settings for individual form settings.
The Feed page should include the following:
1. Accepted crypto tokens
2. SET Total payment for each Currency choice
The admin page should include the following:
1. Admin wallet (where all payment are directly sent)
2. Accepted crypto currencies - this should include ETHEREUM, POLYGON and ability add any ERC-20, ERC-721 or ERC-1155 with a RPC, name and contract address.
3. If infura is required ability to input infura api
Functionality:
The plugin should create 2 fields to add in gravity forms:
1. Metamask Total which is the total being paid by metamask
2. “Metamask” which displays a Button on the frontend form that allows the user to connect metamask wallet.

Once connected, the user can select which crypto the’d like to make the payment with (crypto options can be made in setting in admin panel)
The user then clicks the submit form button,
the form does not submit until payment is confirmed
load a “waiting for metamask payment” page which “suggests” a payment to the connected metamask wallet set by “metamask total” field.
After the user makes payment with their metamask wallet, the form loads a “waiting for confirmation” page,
When the payment is confirmed, the form should display a “Confirmation Page” with a link to the the confirmed transaction with Txn Hash on ether/polyscan.io
2 items should be added to the form entry upon payment confirmation: Txn Hash and wallet address.
