I want to roll out a token-based loyalty programme powered by a public blockchain. The solution must let me mint and distribute fungible tokens at the point of sale, show customers their balances in an intuitive wallet interface, and support on-chain redemption for products, services or discounts. Low fees, strong security and smooth UX are essential, so I’m open to whichever EVM-compatible network you recommend (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon or similar).

Scope of work
• Design and code the smart contracts for issuing, transferring and burning the loyalty token, with role-based access control and an upgrade path.
• Build an admin dashboard that lets staff allocate rewards manually and via API hooks to our existing POS/CRM.
• Create a responsive customer portal that displays balances and handles redemption, connecting through MetaMask or WalletConnect.
• Provide deployment scripts, unit tests, and concise documentation so my in-house team can maintain and extend the system.

Acceptance criteria
The contracts must compile and deploy on a public testnet, unit tests must cover core earn and redeem flows, and the front-end must demonstrate an end-to-end transaction from token issuance to successful redemption.

Once we align on the high-level architecture, I’ll share branding assets, exact business rules and integration endpoints so development can begin immediately.
