Blockchain Developer for Supply Chain & IoT Integration (Open to Platform Suggestions)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced blockchain developer to integrate blockchain technology into our agri-tech platform, Amigovita. Our goal is to connect local farmers in developing countries to global markets by enhancing transparency, smart contracts, and IoT data integration. While we are considering platforms like VeChain, we are open to suggestions for other blockchain technologies that may better suit our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Blockchain Integration: Provide recommendations for the most suitable blockchain platform (e.g., VeChain, Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.) and integrate it with our existing platform for supply chain tracking and transparency.
• Smart Contract Development: Create and deploy smart contracts to automate transactions between farmers, buyers, and suppliers (for payments, delivery verification, etc.).
• IoT Data Integration: Work with IoT devices (e.g., soil sensors, GPS, weather stations) to integrate real-time farm data into the blockchain for improved management and monitoring.
• Tokenization (Optional): Help create a token-based system for rewards, payments, or other incentives within our platform.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the solution is secure, scalable, and meets industry standards for data transparency and traceability.
We Are Open To:
• Suggestions for the best blockchain platform for our needs (supply chain, smart contracts, IoT).
• Proposals for public or private blockchain solutions depending on scalability and security requirements.
• Use of blockchain technologies you’ve successfully implemented in similar projects.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with blockchain development (preferably in supply chain, agriculture, or logistics).
• Strong understanding of smart contracts and blockchain programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go).
