Blockchain Fullstack Developer needed for DeFi Yield Aggregator and Automation Platform

Our Team needs some support in different areas. It's a small but powerful project, where we need help in Frontend, Backend and Smart Contract Development.
Our product is straight forward for the user, but what happens behind the scenes definitely needs somebody who can use their head and come up with solutions to problems rather than us telling them step by step what to do.
We want a long term contractor, to make it very simple.
We have created Yield Aggregation Vaults with dynamic targets, that we can switch to change what we are farming. This system needs to be automated and the contracts made better.
So we are talking (dynamic multi hop) Swaps, Oracles, APY and Price calculations and more.
Currently we are working on BSC and want to become Multichain with other chains like Polygon, Solana, Fantom, Avalanche (And many more) So the more you know, the better. But we are aware that one cannot know all of them perfectly.
We are using a good template for the frontend and would like you to get hands on to make the most out of it to enhance the user experience.
Therefore we need a versatile Fullstack that understands the product and will help us with Expertise, Brain and Skill.
