Blockchain Expert to Develop Lending Pool using AAVE

Looking for a developer who has previusly develop lending pool using any 3rd party API or independent tool, I plan to offer a marketplace where people can lend or or borrow crypto assets, it should have deposit, borrow, flashloan and withdraw functionalities.
