Blockchain Devs & Senior Roles for Web3 Gaming Platform

We’re building a Web3 gaming and staking platform that merges on-chain gameplay with real staking mechanics. We’re looking for experienced blockchain developers and senior professionals to join us early on.

Roles:

Blockchain Developer (Freelance):
Write and deploy smart contracts (Solidity), implement staking and token logic, integrate with Web3.js or Ethers.js.

CTO / Tech Lead (Equity):
Define the technical vision, build the dev team, and ensure scalability.

Project Manager (Freelance):
Manage timelines and coordinate the team using Agile methods.

Co-founder / CEO (Equity):
Lead the business strategy, fundraising, and partnerships.

Requirements:

Experience with Solidity, EVM chains, and dApp development
Solid understanding of Web3, DeFi, or blockchain gaming
Good communication and a startup mindset

Nice to Have:

NFT integration
Experience with Layer 2 or multiplayer game logic
