We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and security-minded Blockchain/Tokenization Developer to join us in launching a secure, compliant fundraising platform for real estate and infrastructure development projects.
This opportunity is for a serious professional only — someone with proven experience in blockchain, crypto/token issuance, and the security protocols essential in an industry known for vulnerability to fraud and hacking.
Since starting this research , we have been besieged by some very deceitful people that have tried to blackmail us, others have tried to change after agreeing to our VERY TRANSPARENT offer that we have given in a MOU that specifies, clearly what we want so we do not get caught out by hackers, etc and ... yes yes yes... we have also been accused of being scammers !!!
We are well versed Business operators we know the importance of ""HOW TO"" build a Business OR to negotiate the purchase of a Multi Million Dollar Property Development with a HIGHLY SKILLED TEAM, and we have therefore offered an exceptional offer which obviously scares most of you because you are indoctrinated to working by an ""HOUR RATE"" and are far too frightened to venture outside these "" safety "" zones. Your Role:
You will be responsible for:
Developing a blockchain/tokenization platform to facilitate fundraising for real estate projects
Ensuring industry-grade security and compliance, including all necessary insurance, escrow protections, multi-signatory disbursement mechanisms (minimum of 5 signatories)
Providing or sourcing your own legal, auditing, and cybersecurity team to ensure all operations meet professional and regulatory standards
Designing or overseeing the front- and back-end structure of the platform, with a focus on scalability, transparency, and investor protection
Assisting in implementing and documenting escrow and funds release protocols
Collaborating closely with our internal team focused on property site research and due diligence
Remuneration:
This position starts on a Pro Bono basis during setup and pre-launch, with an earn-in structure based on results
You will be offered up to 1% of the total funds raised for each project (including property purchase, legal/stamp duty, and construction costs). Example: On a $5M acquisition + $6M build, your procuration fee could exceed $110,000
All professional fees for your team (legal, audit, development) must be paid from your procuration fee, so you must be confident in your cost structure and deliverables
Mandatory Conditions:
All team members involved must sign an indemnity agreement with us for every project
You must demonstrate the ability to deliver with security and investor protection as the highest priority
Applicants without real-world delivery examples or lacking proper team infrastructure will not be considered
Arrogance or overconfidence without substance will be instantly rejected — we seek collaborators, not egos
Bonus Consideration:
If you have a sample site or previous platform showing tokenization for real estate (or similar), please include it in your application. Our vision is serious, long-term, and global.
