I want a blockchain Developer who can write BSC SMART CONTRACT and integrate with MERN website.

Can you do this?
1. Create a token called USDSC. Follow the same details as https://bscscan.com/token/0x13b852e276f10281c72ccf33edf81d81dd198aae
2. Integrate the following smart contract with the token contract.
Details of USDSC stability smart contract
1. All USDSC tokens created will be in this smart contract.
2. Anyone can send BNB and receive USDSC at present value of BNB.
3. Anyone can send USDSC to receive BUSD. 1:1.
4. There will be a service charge of 2.0% for BNB to USDSC and USDSC to BUSD. Payable by BNB only.
5. Smart Contract will check every minute. If BNB received increases by 10%, it will be converted to BUSD. If BNB received decreases by 1%, it will be converted to BUSD. Must check every BNB swap individually.
6. Admin can withdraw extra BUSD and BNB anytime. Admin can top up BUSD. USDSC won’t be released unless the stability is maintained. The lowest stability it can go is 0.9. BNB will not be swapped till the difference is stabilised automatically or admin tops up.
7. Can BUSD be swapped to BNB and swap back to BUSD when there is 1% profit.
8. Every USDSC will have a back up as BNB or BUSD at all times.
9. You will integrate the smart contract to https://alpha.usdsc.net and admin for deposit/withdrawal of BNB and BUSD anytime. Link will be provided later.
10. Anyone can audit the smart contract to check the stability.
