I am seeking a highly experienced blockchain developer to finalize, secure, and deploy my on-chain Gambling system. The project already has a working base structure (Telegram bot + smart contract framework), but it must now be transformed into a fully operational, production-ready decentralized protocol with sustainable liquidity mechanics, integrated arbitrage logic, and a backend fully compatible with Railway.

This is not a basic betting application. The objective is to build a mathematically sound, automated, liquidity-backed on-chain betting system that functions independently and does not require manual wallet payouts.
