Blockchain Developers and Senior Leaders

We're looking for experienced blockchain developers and senior leaders to work on a Web3 gaming and staking platform project.

Roles:

- Blockchain Developer
- Develop smart contracts in Solidity
- Implement staking mechanisms and token logic
- Integrate with front-end using Web3.js or Ethers.js
- CTO / Tech Lead
- Define and lead technical vision and roadmap
- Build and manage development team
- Ensure scalability and Web3 best practices
- Project Manager
- Manage timelines, milestones, and team coordination
- Use Agile/Scrum methods to keep development on track
- Co-founder / CEO
- Define platform vision and strategy
- Lead fundraising, business development, and partnerships

Requirements:

- Proven experience in blockchain development, Solidity, EVM chains, and dApp development
- Deep knowledge of Web3 technologies, DeFi, and/or blockchain gaming
- Strong communication and leadership skills
