Blockchain Developer (Private Network – Polygon Edge / PoA)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are an early-stage, deep-tech stealth project working on a private blockchain network designed for secure, high-speed, and low-cost digital transaction validation.
The work involves building and maintaining a private, permissioned blockchain using Polygon Edge or similar EVM-compatible frameworks.
The system will be used for real-world transaction environments where network reliability and scalability are critical.
We have already filed a provisional patent for the core architecture — all technical and business details will be shared after a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Responsibilities :
Set up and configure a private Polygon Edge network (Proof of Authority / IBFT consensus).
Develop and deploy smart contracts for event logging and transaction verification (non-token use case).
Build or assist in RPC API integration between blockchain nodes and external systems.
Optimize block validation time, throughput, and reliability.
Handle node setup, security configuration, and private key management.
Document network structure and provide basic training to the technical team.

Compensation:
This is an equity-only collaboration for the MVP phase. We’re offering up to 6% vested equity in the company for the blockchain developer role, depending on contribution and duration. This is a chance to become a core technical partner in a patent-pending, real-world blockchain infrastructure project. Once the MVP and pilot are complete, we plan to raise grants and early funding, after which compensation will include both salary and equity.
