We are looking for a high-skilled Blockchain Developer/Engineer who can work on decentralized technologies, smart contracts, Web3 development, security, and full-stack blockchain integration.

Mandatory Technical Skills (Core Blockchain Skills)Blockchain Fundamentals

Strong understanding of Blockchain architecture
Understanding of decentralized systems (P2P networks, consensus algorithms)
Knowledge of hashing, cryptography, wallets, nodes, miners/validators

Smart Contract Development:

Solidity (Mandatory)
Experience with Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana, etc.
Understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 standards
Smart contract testing frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle)
Gas optimization techniques

Backend & Web3 Development:

Web3.js, Ethers.js
Node.js (Express/Nest.js) for backend services
REST & GraphQL APIs
Blockchain node integration

Blockchain Platforms & Tools

Metamask, Alchemy, Infura
Remix IDE, Ganache
IPFS / Filecoin
Third-party blockchain APIs

Security & Auditing Knowledge

Preventing vulnerabilities:
Reentrancy
Integer overflow
Front-running attacks
Logic flaws
Basic smart contract auditing

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Rust (for Solana)
Go (for Hyperledger Fabric)
Knowledge of Bitcoin Script
Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts
Integrate blockchain features into live applications
Work with frontend teams to build dApps
Optimize and secure smart contract logic
Implement Web3 authentication and wallet integration
Participate in full product development lifecycle
Maintain blockchain system performance
