self-motivated blockchain / crypto / DeFi Tech Lead with Full Stack expertise to join our growing team of core contributors. You are someone who live and breathe the space and are excited at the prospect of working with a project that is at the absolute bleeding edge of this technological revolution. This is a remote role with strong autonomy and independence with the ability to carve and shape your contributions to a protocol that is mission-driven and purpose-led to deliver the next-generation of staking.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage all development including but not limited to smart contract, front-end and back-end
* Working collaboratively with team members and partners across projects
* Leading with intellectual curiosity with a high standard of excellence
* Developing and maintaining Web3 / crypto / DeFi infrastructure
* Contributing to technical elements of the protocol
* Ensuring best practice across development, testing, and security
* Thriving in the fast-paced nature of the blockchain / crypto / DeFi market
Key Tech Stack Requirements
* Solidity
* Full Stack Development
* Javascript
* Typescript
* Hardhat / Truffle
* ethers.js / web3.js
What You Bring
* 2+ years experience building and releasing production grade smart-contracts
* 2+ years commercial experience in Web3 / crypto / DeFi projects
* Experience with ReactJS
* Experience with Solidity & smart contracts
* Strong understanding of blockchain and Ethereum
* Verbal fluency in English is a MUST
