The platform will sit on a blockchain back-end, and every key step—listing a practice, submitting an offer, signing an LOI, or releasing funds—will be enforced by smart contracts so that each party can trust the outcome without middlemen.
Core features I need engineered:
• User profiles for both selling dentists and prospective buyers, complete with verification workflows.
• Encrypted, in-platform messaging so negotiations stay private and tamper-proof.
• A transparent transaction history with analytics dashboards, giving each user real-time insight into offers, milestones, and final sale metrics.
Smart contracts are the heart of the build. They should:
• Escrow earnest money until milestone completion.
• Trigger automated document signing and time-stamped storage.
• Release payments only when all digital signatures and compliance checks are satisfied.
The codebase must be modular, well-documented, and ready for a security audit. I’d like clean React (or comparable) front-end components that speak seamlessly with a Solidity (or other EVM-compatible) contract layer via Web3 libraries.
