Hello,
I am working on an academic research project and I need a developer to design and implement a prototype of a decentralized authentication system based on blockchain technology, integrated with Microsoft SQL Server.
Important: This is strictly an academic prototype. I do NOT need a complete hospital management system.
Project Objective
The goal is to demonstrate how blockchain-based decentralized authentication can:
Enhance security, integrity, and confidentiality
Reduce unauthorized access risks
Integrate with SQL Server while maintaining interoperability and acceptable performance
Conceptually align with GDPR and HIPAA data protection principles
Functional Requirements
The system must:
Allow user registration (e.g., doctors and patients).
Implement authentication using a smart contract on a blockchain network.
Store authentication hashes or validation logs on blockchain (no medical data on-chain).
Store medical records exclusively in Microsoft SQL Server.
Validate authentication via blockchain before granting access to SQL Server.
Log authentication events for traceability.
