Blockchain-Based Referral & Matrix System Development

What I need:
- Private area with access to a Metamask-type wallet
- Internal graphical interface (basic) to interact with the contract, with few entries; each user can view the evolution of their structure graphically
- 1 program with a 3x2 forced matrix for 12 levels
- 1 referral system connected to the matrices that recognizes who brought whom and where
- 3x2 forced matrix (12 positions, 3 on the first line and 9 on the second line)
- The matrix is global/individual
- The system pays 100% of each matrix, 50% is split between the first and second lines, and 50% is given as a bonus as the lines are completed
- There are 12 levels, each level with its own global/individual 3x2 matrix
- Each level costs 6 times more than the previous one
- Levels start at $1 and reach $362,797,056 at the 12th level
- The levels are Sequential, I can't purchase advanced levels without purchasing intermediate ones.
- The system holds back part of the funds to unlock the next level. It does this for all codes.
- Subsequent levels can be purchased in advance (optional).
- If a person isn't qualified for that level and someone below them upgrades, they temporarily lose the funds. However, they will be sent to the smart contract for redistribution.
- Every time a donation arrives in the contract, the system distributes the funds equally to all active codes with at least $1.
- Every time an advanced level is unlocked and no one is qualified for that level, the funds are sent to the contract for redistribution.
- The system ends as soon as one code reaches the 12th level. The funds from the purchase go to the contract, which distributes them equally to all active codes with at least $1.
- Once the system is terminated, there will be "frozen" funds in the various codes that were set aside for advancement. The system will unlock those funds and return them to the person who owns the matrix. The purchase will not be triggered for the next matrix, but the funds They will be released
