Who We’re Looking For
We’re currently hiring experienced freelancers and contract-based experts who are passionate about Web3, real estate, and decentralized platforms. You will help us refine, improve, and scale our MVP into a robust marketplace platform.

Open Roles
Full Stack Developers (Web3 focus) – React, Solidity, Node.js, GraphQL
Smart Contract Engineers – Ethereum, Hardhat, audits, gas optimization
QA Engineers – Manual & automated testing, cross-browser/device, edge cases
UI/UX Designers – Landing page optimization, dashboard layout, mobile responsiveness
Technical Writers – Improve documentation and user onboarding flows

Key Platform Features
Smart Contracts – Automated leases, payments, and deposits
Crypto Payments – Accept ETH, USDC, and more via MetaMask or WalletConnect
Immutable Rental History – On-chain reputation and transaction records
Admin Dashboard – Manage listings, users, payments, and analytics
Cross-Border Support – Built for global nomads and international tenants

Job Details
Type: Contract (remote)
Length: 12 months (extendable)

Compensation:
Monthly: $15K–$20K
Hourly: $80–$100/hr
Bonus: 10%+ added to your first salary for helpful feedback during onboarding
Time commitment: Full-time or part-time (must overlap with Eastern Time Zone)
