# Senior Substrate Runtime Engineer / Technical Auditor Needed

## Project Overview

BlessChain is an independent Layer-1 blockchain currently under development using the Polkadot SDK (Substrate framework).

The project is being developed with a focus on:

* Community-operated validators
* Fixed supply economics (21M maximum supply)
* Non-inflationary token model
* Home Validator First architecture
* Long-term ecosystem integration

The core blockchain prototype has already been built and is actively under development.

At this stage, we are seeking an experienced Substrate Runtime Engineer or Blockchain Architect to perform an independent technical review of the project.

* Security assumptions

* Fixed supply model
* Reward mechanism design
* Economic sustainability
* Supply integrity

### Security Review

* Potential attack vectors
* Centralization risks
* Validator failure scenarios
* Network resilience

### Mainnet Readiness Assessment

* Testnet preparation
* Operational risks
* Missing components
* Recommended improvements

## Deliverables

A written technical review report covering:

1. Strengths of the current architecture
2. Technical risks and concerns
3. Security observations
4. Runtime design recommendations
5. Mainnet readiness assessment
6. Suggested next development priorities

The goal is to obtain an independent expert opinion before progressing toward large-scale testnet deployment.

## Required Experience

Applicants should have demonstrable experience with:

* Rust
* Polkadot SDK / Substrate
* Runtime development
* Custom pallets
* Validator infrastructure
* Blockchain security

Preferred:

* Previous mainnet experience
* Open-source contributions to Substrate or Polkadot ecosystem projects
* Experience designing validator or staking systems
