Blockchain Assurance Tech Lead

I head a fast-expanding digital-asset assurance practice and need a senior technologist who can turn complex on-chain activity into audit-ready evidence. Our engagements cover public networks such as Ethereum and Bitcoin as well as permissioned Hyperledger deployments, so proven depth across these ecosystems is essential.

You will collaborate directly with our audit professionals, risk specialists, and external analytics vendors. Your mandate is to build the technical bridge: designing field-tested procedures, shaping engagement methodology, and showing the team how to extract and interpret blockchain data with the right mix of in-house scripts and third-party tools (e.g., Etherscan APIs, Blockchair, Hyperledger Explorer, SQL/BigQuery datasets).

Key deliverables
• Develop and document repeatable, audit-ready testing procedures that satisfy ISA/SAS controls for Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Hyperledger networks
• Actively support live assurance engagements by sourcing on-chain data, explaining anomalies, and mapping findings back to financial-statement assertions
• Produce clear user guides and walkthroughs that help the wider team leverage blockchain analytics platforms and dashboards

An intermediate grasp of traditional audit, risk, and assurance concepts is expected—you should speak the language of auditors while keeping your mindset firmly technical. If you enjoy diving into smart-contract bytecode, node logs, nonce patterns, and UTXO flows, and you can express those insights in a control-oriented framework, let’s work together.
