Block chain Developer Required

I want to know if you can write an ERC1155 layer 2 nesting chain for a business structure of mine. If interested, I can lay out all the structure for you. nutshell - nft is the contract in process, token converts to ERC20 crypto upon successful series of transactions, crypto is backed by actual cash from contracts. User has choice to keep it in crypto or transfer to stable coin at point of deposit into a digital wallet. pretty standard layer 2 chain, only with this I have some of my actual contracts with my company I want to use as its beta, and then deploy it from there Can you help me with the basic code structuring and putting it into solidity? If not, even just the structuring of the process flow and look to github. Most of the work is done already and open source. I really need help with structuring the plug n play.
