Bittensor Blockchain Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Engineer with expertise in blockchain technology and node operations. The primary focus of this role will be to analyze and optimize the Bittensor blockchain (subtensor) with the goal of reducing node latency.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of the Bittensor blockchain and its subtensor node architecture
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current node implementation
Develop and implement solutions to reduce node latency
Optimize blockchain performance without compromising security or decentralization
Collaborate with the development team to integrate improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and apply relevant innovations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer or similar role
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems
Familiarity with Bittensor and subtensor architectures
Strong programming skills, particularly in languages used in Bittensor development
Experience in optimizing blockchain nodes for performance
Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members
