We are looking for an experienced Web3/Blockchain Developer to build a secure, full-stack Staking DApp on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network, complete with a modern UI/UX dashboard and an advanced 10-level target-based referral system.
Key Technical Requirements:
Smart Contract Architecture (BEP-20 / BSC):
Staking Logic: 42% APY staking pool with real-time yield accrual.
Activation Fee: Mandatory $10 USDT (BEP-20) one-time activation fee to unlock staking and referral privileges (auto-routed to treasury wallet).
Fee Mechanics: 2% deposit fee, 10%–15% early unstaking penalty fee.
10-Level Target-Based Referral System: Commission payouts distributed across 10 levels, unlocked conditionally based on active direct referral counts (e.g., Level 1 requires 0 directs, Level 2 requires 2 directs, up to Level 10 requiring 20 direct paid referrals). Unclaimed locked commissions should be routed to the company reserve wallet.
Security: Reentrancy guards, admin pause/unpause functionality, anti-bot mechanisms, and gas-optimized code.
Frontend UI/UX & Web3 Integration:
