BEP-20 Token Creation and CoinMarketCap Listing

I want a fork of a existing project like Safemoon or a Shiba coin and to also have a CoinMarketCap listing. If possible I want the coin to have staking and rewards. I do not have a lot in my budget for this project. Please tell me how much this will cost to do and we can try to work something out.
