BEP20 Smart Contract Developer

I need a smart contract created that will do the following

- Have a set amount of tokens created
- Burn Function
- Xfer Function to send to spefici wallets at the piont of minting the token
- X% transaction fee applied to token
- X % of transaction fee to be split to holders
- X % of transaction fee to be split to liquidity pool
- X % of transaction fee to be sent to specific wallets, maybe more then 1 wallat for example a developer wallet will get 1% and marketing wallet will get 1% of transaction fee
- Anti-Whale Functionality

Need someone to advise total price and how quickly they can produce this smart conctract,

please be advised that I will be doing a professional audit on the smart contract so big lump sum payment will be made after the audit comes back as a pass, please note as well I do not want someone to copy a contract and make some changes and give it to me, I need this to be written for me fresh as it will flag the copy when someone checks it on BSCscan
