Do you know if it is possible to have the same price of a token on 2 differents blockchains (or more) example polygon and bsc without arbitrating the price manually? (like this https://www.everrise.com/everbridge/)

It's possible, it requires writing a lot of protocols, building your own bridges and it's really complex.
