Assistance needed with debugging a smart contract failure

This is more for learning than in a professional caliber. I'm trying to understand why a smart contract is failing when attempting to send any of the minted tokens out. There is no clear reason stated when attempting. This is being done on BSC testnet. Additional compensation for a faster response is also available.
