Advisory about a smart contract fork of uniswap

I need you to have an advisory about a contract in the ethereum blockchain (mainnet) in order to understand what happened with some transactions. The smart contract is a fork of uniswap and it seems that an external contract extract the liquidity but we don't understand how.
