2D shadow dance in Blender

I'm looking to hire a talented animator to create a 2D shadow dance in Blender. The length of the shadow dance video should be at least 3 minutes. The theme/style of the dance should be roughly as per my suggestion, but I am open to creative ideas too. As for the background, I would like minimal details.
