YouTube Shorts 3D Animator

Job ID: 40559386

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m building a small, fully-remote crew to bring 30-second, character-driven stories to life in a realistic “Zack D Films” style for a new YouTube Shorts channel. Each week I’ll hand you a ready-to-animate package: finished script plus AI voiceover. Your job is to transform it into a complete short—blocking, animation, lighting, render—and lay in background music and spot SFX so the file is upload-ready the moment it lands in my inbox.

Workflow & cadence
• Two shorts per week, eight per month.
• You pick the hours; I just need reliable Friday/Sunday deliveries.

Pipeline preferences
I live in Blender, so native .blend files are easiest for the team, but if you prefer Maya or Cinema 4D and can still hit the look and the deadline, that’s fine. These pieces hinge on expressive character animation, so show me acting, timing and believable weight. Because every story is narrated, rock-solid lip-sync and rhythmical audio timing are a must—and it sounds like you handle that frequently.

Compensation & growth
Month 1: $50 per video (8) + $50 consistency bonus.
Month 2 onward: fixed monthly salary, the same consistency bonus, and an extra $50 whenever a short crosses 10 million views. Crush the schedule for a few months and you’ll have a clear path to a team-lead seat as the channel scales.

Deliverables
1. Eight finished 1920×1080 (or 1080×1920) MP4 shorts per month.
2. Project files neatly organised (Blender/Maya/C4D, textures, audio).
3. Simple shot list confirming dialogue/SFX timing.

If you’ve got a reel that shows polished Blender character work and you’re ready for ongoing monthly pay, send it over along with a brief note about when you could start. I review submissions daily and will arrange a quick paid test for finalists.
