AI Video Creator Needed — Marine Safety Startup Product Video
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a 2.5–3 minute video created for a marine safety technology company called BlueStop Marine. I am a startup with limited resources. My budget is $300 fixed. That is what I have. Please only bid if that works for you.
I have a complete production brief ready to hand over — every scene written out, exact visual descriptions, voiceover script, timecodes, patent drawings of the hardware, and technical reference documents. You will not be figuring this out from scratch. Everything is planned. I need someone with the time and the tools to execute it.
I know AI video tools will be used to create this. I am completely fine with that. I am not paying for a Hollywood studio. I am paying for someone who knows Runway ML, Kling, Pika, Luma, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools and can follow a detailed brief and deliver a clean finished video.

I need a cinematic dramatized recreation showing:
