Stylized Character Model with Animations

I'm looking for a talented 3D artist to create a stylized character model in Blender. This model will later be converted into a .step file for 3D printing. Additionally, I need a few animations for web use.

I have a 3D blueprint of how the character should be animated and a png graphic colorer to base all the colors / styles etc. on.

Key Requirements:
- Create a stylized 3D character model in Blender
- Ensure the model is colored and suitable for conversion to a .step file
- Develop animations including idle & emotions
- The model should be optimized for both 3D printing and web display

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling and animation
- Experience in creating stylized character models
- Ability to produce high-quality animations
- Knowledge of preparing models for 3D printing and web integration
