SketchUp-to-Blender Building Animation

Job ID: 40440169

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have an existing SketchUp model of a building and I need it brought into Blender, lit, and rendered as a short 3-D animated video. The animation only needs the basic structure and exterior—no interior set-dressing—so the modelling pass should stay lean. Standard Blender materials are perfectly acceptable; you can apply simple shaders that match the SketchUp colours, but I’m not looking for custom PBR work or high-resolution texture baking on this one.

For the camera work I’d like a combination of smooth fly-through shots and a few static angle cuts to highlight façades and massing. Think of a gentle drone orbit that occasionally snaps to a locked, straight-on elevation before continuing the movement.

Please handle:

• Clean import/conversion from the SketchUp file
• Scene organisation in Blender so later tweaks are easy
• Lighting setup that flatters the exterior without chasing photorealism
• A rendered video (1920×1080, 25-30 fps, H.264) plus the .blend file

I’ll supply the .skp as soon as we agree on milestones, and I’m happy to review a quick viewport preview first to confirm pacing and angles before you commit to the full render.
