Resolve Rhubarb Lip Sync Issues in Blender 4.1

I'm facing issues with the Rhubarb Lip Sync plugin in Blender 4.1, which I purchased and installed from Blender Market. The lip sync is not matching the audio, and I need assistance with synchronizing the audio with my animation. Specifically, I'm struggling with aligning the audio with keyframes.
