Realistic 3D Shorts Animator Needed

Job ID: 40558342

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I run Softblink, a YouTube Shorts channel that tells wholesome, Zack D Films–style stories in just thirty seconds. I supply each episode’s script and AI-generated voice-over; you take it from there—animating, adding music and spot-on SFX, and handing back a fully finished video ready to post.

The workflow is steady but flexible: eight shorts a month, roughly two deliveries per week, produced in a realistic style. Because you’re strongest in Blender, that’s perfect, though Maya or Cinema 4D skills are useful when asset interchange comes up. Expect to touch every part of the pipeline—character and environmental animation, quick rigging fixes, even a bit of modeling when a prop is missing—so an all-rounder mindset is essential.

Compensation starts at $50 per video for the first month plus a $50 consistency bonus when all eight land on time. From month two you move to a fixed monthly salary, keep the $100 punctuality bonus, and earn an extra $50 whenever a short breaks 10 million views. Hit your stride and there’s a clear path toward a team-lead role as the channel scales.

To be a fit you’ll need:
• A reel showing polished, realistic 3D character work
• Confidence syncing music and SFX so the audio feels invisible
• Reliable weekly delivery, regardless of time zone (we’re fully remote, worldwide)

Deliverables for each short:
1. Final 30-second 30 fps 1080×1920 MP4 ready for YouTube
2. The corresponding .blend (or native) project with packed assets and sound stems
