Realistic 3D Load Screen Animation

I'm seeking a skilled 3D animator to create a realistic animated load screen for a web tool. The idea is for the load screen to be a pole barn being assembled from a stack of material. The theme is normal (not futuristic, nature, or abstract), and the primary focus should be on the pole barn animation.
