I’m refreshing a residential living room and need a talented 3D artist to translate my concept into a pair of photorealistic images. The focus is on a single space—no kitchens or bedrooms for now—so the scope stays lean and manageable.

Here’s what I need from you:
• One to two high-quality, lifelike renders that showcase layout, materials, lighting, and décor.
• Light, collaborative input on furniture placement and color palette so the final image feels cohesive.
• Delivery of hi-res JPEG or PNG files suitable for client presentation.

I’ll supply reference photos, rough sketches, and a mood board. You bring your expertise in tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or Corona to turn them into a convincing visual. If we like the results, there’s room to expand the project to additional rooms down the line.
