Realistic 3D Einstein-Style Home Interior in GLB/GLTF

I am looking for an experienced 3D artist/designer to create a realistic 3D home interior inspired by Albert Einstein’s old European-style home.

The final output must be GLB or GLTF, ready to use on a website. The model must feel like a real 19th-century home, not a game scene or cartoon-style design.

The first version should be a basic structured house with 6 main areas:

Room 1: living room with 3 items, including table, chair, and small cabinet
Room 2: study room with 4 items, including one chair, writing desk/place where papers are written, fireplace, and small side cabinet
Room 3: bed room with 4 basic 3D furniture/items
Corridor 1
Corridor 2
Garden with 1 bench and 2 Einstein-style statues

Each room should have windows, curtains, warm realistic lighting, wooden floors, old-style wallpaper, vintage furniture, and a natural home feeling. Reference bellow images, It doesn't have to be exactly the same.

This is only the first version. After this is completed, I am going to build next version.

Requirements:
Must deliver GLB or GLTF file
Must be usable on a website
Realistic home style, not game/cartoon style
19th-century European vintage feeling
Interior and garden must be connected logically
Furniture should be modeled or sourced properly
Good lighting and scale are important
Blender, SketchUp, or any 3D tool is fine, but final file must be GLB/GLTF
